Children have been treated to a free day of outdoor activities.
The taster session was offered by The Seeds of Change at its Acorn Centre in Walgrave.
The youngsters spent time working with horses, learning bushcraft and taking part in arts and crafts sessions.
Rachael Cuss, a director at The Seeds of Change, said: “We work with young people, schools, social services, youth offenders and people with low confidence or self esteem.
“This was a taster session and we had 12 children come and try our range of activities.
“They were working with the horses and learning bushcraft like building a shelter and toasting marshmallows.
“We have asked for their feedback for the courses we will be running in the summer.”
