Homebuyers in Northamptonshire who reserve a Bovis Home in October could be finding some extra presents under the tree when they wake up on Christmas morning in their brand new home.

The national housebuilder is offering a seasonal gift of £500 of vouchers to spend at Marks and Spencer - which could pay for gifts for family and friends, or all the festive food and drink they need to celebrate a new life in their new home.

Bovis Homes is giving the vouchers to all those who reserve a home at Middleton Chase in Middleton Chase, Latham Park in Oundle, Charter Park in Rothwell or Little Stanion Park in Stanion in October, which will enable them to move in before the end of the year.

Bovis Homes marketing director Kevin Wilkins said: “It may seem a bit early to start thinking about Christmas but for new home buyers, now is the time to make that reservation.

“If you reserve a Bovis Home in October you could be in by Christmas and celebrating the festive season in style courtesy of our special Marks and Spencer package.

“We’d like to invite all homebuyers in the area to get in touch with us and we can show them the superb quality of a Bovis Home and we’ll be happy to discuss the various purchase assistance schemes that can help them make their move and take advantage of this Christmas offer.

“From the Government-backed FirstBuy and NewBuy schemes which only require a five per cent deposit, through to our stress-busting part-exchange package, making that move now could be easier than you think.”
