VIDEO: Lancaster Bomber roars over Kettering

Crowds watched in awe as two of Britain’s most famous aircraft conducted flypasts over Kettering this weekend (June 8 and 9).

The Spitfire flew over Wicksteed Park, where the annual Wicksteed at War was taking place, on Saturday afternoon.

A Lancaster Bomber – one of only two in the world still in airworthy condition – roared overhead on Sunday.

Both aeroplanes were flying as part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
