The Grade II listed Duddington Manor, near the Rutland border, is for sale for the first time in 400 years.
It includes an eight-bedroom house and is being sold in six lots by Berrys in joint agency with Knight Frank.
The Duddington Estate dates to 1598 when yeoman Nicholas Jackson and then his family took leasehold and copyhold interests of village properties. The estate has since been expanded.
It is now being sold as its owners live in Australia.
