Fantastic £1,000 up for grabs for sports clubs

Skip firm Mick George Ltd is offering £1,000 to a sports club or organisation as part of the Skip of Gold initiative.

If you would like your team or club to benefit from this fantastic cash windfall, get nominating now!

All you need to do is get in touch with the Northamptonshire Telegraph and explain why your club should win and what it would mean to members.

A keen believer in building positive community relationships Mick George Ltd is also an active sponsor of numerous sporting associations and events across the region.

Like so many others, Mick George Ltd were inspired by the commitment, effort and passion of the many sportsmen and women of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Skip of Gold was born out of a desire to build upon this legacy and unearth new talent for the next set of budding champions.

Finance director Jon Stump explains: “Skip of Gold is an initiative which allowed us to dig a little deeper and find out more about the clubs, activities and people who make Northamptonshire a vibrant and happening place whilst at the same time directly benefitting the communities in which we all live and work.”
