The Paletto Lounge in Corby will open in early August.
The bar, part of the popular Loungers chain, will open its doors to people in Corby at 9am on August 10.
Loungers has invested half a million pounds in the venue at the former Rubix nightclub at 66 Corporation Street and has created 20 jobs.
Workers have been installing interior fixings to the bar this week.
Owners say the style will be a ‘retro home from home, where dramatic art work sits next to oversized vintage sofas and statement light fittings, in the eclectic style much loved by Lounge aficionados.’
Craig Williams, operations manager, Loungers, said: “Corby is the perfect location for our Lounge concept. There’s already a thriving and vibrant community and we’re really looking forward to playing our part. Residents will be served by the very best - our new team is passionate about hospitality. Our excellent pre-opening and ‘on the job’ training programme ensures our staff will be at the top of their game.”
“The team at Paletto Lounge is looking forward to becoming party of the community and will support local groups and initiatives wherever possible.
“A community notice board is available for those wanting to publicise events and a book swap area is kept well stocked. The team will also be holding regular fund raising events as part of Loungers’ commitment to making a difference in the community.”
The menu features the chain’s famous authentic tapas and Hero Burger and Tin Pan Louie’s beef chilli, packed flatbreads and mac and cheese. There is also a popular kids’ menu.
The Paletto Lounge is also looking for more staff to join its team. You can discover more on the venue’s Facebook page.
